Bonnie’s Buzzing About Santa Barbara, California

This beautiful California city on the coast is a destination of travelers far and wide. Here are my favorite activities for Santa Barbara, California!

If you have a cocktail at the Four Seasons, you’ll have easy access to Butterfly Beach. Get more of that California sunshine with a Santa Barbara Wine Tour and Picnic Lunch! You’ll tour around to four wineries, including an artisan picnic lunch at one of the wineries.

One of the most trendy spots to visit is the Ganna Walska Lotusland, a 37-acre garden of exotic plants. It’s an absolute must-see, and perfect for a romantic stroll. To see more of the city while resting your feet, consider a Santa Barbara Trolley Ride.

When you’re tired from the sun, a trip to the Santa Barbara Art Museum is just the ticket. Enjoy photography, art, and even lectures at this beautiful building in downtown. Explore El Paseo and enjoy the Spanish style architecture while you shop, sip and explore this historic area.

Bonnie’s Buzzing About Park City, Utah

It was once a location for the Winter Olympics, making Park City Utah a fabulous destination worth seeing – and skiing!

Start your Park City adventure with Hops on the Hill at the Stein Erikson Lodge Deer Valley, where you’ll enjoy seasonal craft beers, local food pairings, and live music. The Park City Mountain Farmer’s Market continues into mid October, so be sure to enjoy fresh fruit and veggies, jams and jellies, artisan crafts and so much more. It’s held every Wednesday from 12 PM to 5 PM at the Park City Mountain Resort.

If you’re ready for adventure, you can take yourself on the Self-Guided Whitewater Rafting Tour! They even run a shuttle to bring you back to your car. Hit the hiking trails and enjoy the Wasatch Mountains. There’s even a guided tour: Enjoy rock climbing, nature walks, mountain biking, and more.

Once you’re exhausted from your outdoor adventure, consider Park City Food Tours. They’ll take you through Park City’s historic Main Street while entertaining your taste buds. As everyone knows, the Sundance Film Festival takes place in Park City every winter. If you’re there in the summer months, consider the Big Night, Bright Stars concert series, featuring talented artists from all over the country.

Bonnie’s Buzzing About Saratoga Springs, New York

Most people think of the Big Apple, but Saratoga Springs is New York’s hidden gem.

If you’re looking for an activity for the entire family, consider the Adirondack Adventure Center. You can explore the treetops filled with tree houses and zip lines. For something a little more low key, the Yaddo Gardens offer exquisite plants and flowers in a serene and tranquil setting.

The Saratoga Performing Arts Center is a fabulous little theatre, complete with a jazz bar and dining options. Check their calendar of events, and catch a show. For another fun night out, consider a Paint and Sip class – sip wine while you learn to paint!

Another fun spot to peruse is the Saratoga Automobile Museum. See car models evolve through the eras, along with sneak peeks at new modern designs. End your evening by sipping some local flavors at the Saratoga Winery, complete with a beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy the nature.

Bonnie’s Buzzing About Nashville, Tennessee

Music, dancing, and that good ol’ Southern style – this week, it’s all about Nashville, Tennessee!

No trip to Nashville is complete without a visit to the Grand Ole Opry! See bands perform live, learn about famous musicians who got their start, and enjoy photo opportunities on the way in. It’s a must see! For more country music history, visit the Country Music Hall of Fame. See gorgeous performance costumes, records, guitars and more! Nashville has so much music history to enjoy.

For you outdoor lovers, I recommend taking a hike around Radnor Lake. The State Park area boasts plenty of outdoor trails and paths to explore the rolling Tennessee hills and forests. When you’ve had your exercise, head to Germantown for a delicious sausage link at Von Elrod’s Beer Garden & Sausage House or Butchertown Hall. Delicious!

The Pinewood Social is another really cute spot to hang out! It’s a cafe, bowling alley, co-working space, and more. Remember, having an itinerary is nice, but sometimes travel can be the most fun when we explore! Just wandering around Nashville is a fun experience. Enjoy the street musicians, art galleries and shops as you wander through this Southern city, and eat all the cuisine you can!

What better way to enjoy the summer than to visit this gorgeous city on the water. Here is everything you need to know about exploring Annapolis, Maryland!

One of the most loved green spaces in Annapolis is the Quiet Rivers Park. Enjoy scenic routes for biking, hiking trails, and bird watching. If a vino tour is more your style, consider booking the Chesapeake Wine Tour, featuring delectable drinks from the region.

Strolling down Main Street will offer you plenty of places to explore, but if you really want to see the city, the Trolley Tour is the way to go. You’ll learn and see 350 years of history in just one hour. The William Paca House is another fabulous tour opportunity!
