Spring into Fabulous Activities in Palm Beach County

Spring is right around the corner, and lots of activities are springing up all over Palm Beach County!

Bette, Babs & Beyond will be held at the Crest Theatre at Old School Square on March 22nd – it should be a wonderful evening. Pistache Cafe, the French Bistro on Clematis Street is going to have jazz starting on Fridays, all the way through April 26th. Grab a tasty treat while you tap your feet!

The women’s U.S. Open Polo Championship is this Saturday, March 23rd. Head to their website for more information on where to watch. August Wilson’s play Fences has been a major hit on Broadway, and will be showing at the Palm Beach Dramaworks starting March 29th through April 21st.

Also, don’t forget about Art After Dark at the Norton Art Museum, every Friday from 5 PM until 10 PM for free – what an amazing outing to do with friends! This week at Clematis by Night from 6 PM until 9 PM, it’s a farewell to the Mayor. It’s sure to be a very festive evening in West Palm Beach.

Michael Dolen: Contemporary Baroque Exhibition will be at Paul Fisher Gallery on Friday, March 22nd from 6 PM until 8:30 PM. I wanted to also let you know that Michael Masci is going to have a special program at Cafe Centro on April 1st, and is introducing a really good crooner. Buzzing into March in Palm Beach County

Spring is just around the corner, and so is the Blarney Stone, here in Palm Beach County this week!

Banko Cantina is going to have Memory Lane on Friday Night – such a special treat! Susan Merritt will always be at Cafe Centro on Wednesday nights during the season, and you can’t have a more fabulous jazz concert than that.

Marvelous March in Palm Beach County

There’s so much happening in Palm Beach County this week!

Life Expo 2019 will be held on March 16th from 10 AM until 4 PM at the Palm Beach Convention Center. Be sure to get your tickets early. Also, at the Kravis this week, catch Chris Botti on March 12th. Michael Feinstein will be performing his last concert of the season, A Tribute To Frank Sinatra, on March 13th.

If you don’t have a ticket, definitely call the Arts Garage. If you want to see Carole J. Bufford, you’ll be getting a treat – she’s a fabulous performer! Her show will be held on the 23rd of this month.

The Juno Beach Art Fest is coming up this weekend so go online for additional details. I’ll definitely be attending the Dress for Success Luncheon at the Kravis Center on the 8th in the afternoon, honoring the style maven Iris Apfel!

Marching in to Palm Beach County

Another fun week is marching into Palm Beach County!

Waitress is coming from Broadway and will be at the Kravis Center this coming week. Wednesday night there will be jazz at Sant Ambroeus. On the first Wednesday of every month, it’s Deb Silver and Mr. Trombone. I will be there for sure!

The Palm Beach Modern and Contemporary International Fair opens this Thursday and will be on display from January 9th until January 13th.

The Winter Equestrian Festival begins on January 9th and takes place until March 31st in Wellington. It’s quite a spectacular to see!

The Great American Songbook is going to be honored at Swing Street Sings, a fabulous concert on Friday, January 11th. Marty Gilman will be at the helm, Rick Moore, and over a dozen talented people. Head to musicpalmbeach.com to get your tickets – it will be at the Unitarian Church in North Palm Beach and you’ll get a free CD. The event takes place between 7 PM to 9 PM – an evening you won’t want to miss!

The Memory Lane Band will be at the Che’ Restaurant on January 13th down in Delray. Reservations are required – should be a great night!

Camelot will be at the Lake Worth Playhouse from January 17th until February 3rd, and it should be a great show. The Kretzer Piano Music Foundation will be a doing a wonderful evening of music from King’s Academy Kids over at the Harriet Himmel Theatre January 15th at 7 o’clock.
