There will be fireworks in West Palm Beach down by the waterfront, and Harbourside is going to have a wonderful firework show MC’ed by Legends Radio’s own Mike McGahnn!

Christmas and New Year’s are right around the corner, and there’s so much happening right here in Palm Beach County and Southern Florida that it’s hard to know where to begin!
The 7th Annual Black & White Affair is taking place at The Box Gallery on Saturday the 29th. You have to pay at the door, and be there promptly. There will be a live performance of Cuban culture, food and drink, and a wonderful display of art.
Rob Russell is going to be at the Pelican Cafe on the 23rd of December. Make your reservations now – it’s sure to be a sellout! They have wonderful food, and the entertainment is always top notch.
Hamilton is finally coming straight from Broadway to the Broward Center. It will be showing until January 20th in Fort Lauderdale. You can take the Brightline and have a wonderful time – the show is phenomenal!
On WPBT, our local TV station, the Charlie Brown Christmas Special is showing on December 20th from 8 PM until 9 PM. It’s always such a fun feature to watch with friends and family to put you in the Christmas mood.
So whether you’re out at the Kravis Center for a show, strolling down Clematis Street, or taking the Bright Line down to Fort Lauderdale to see Hamilton, remember, it’s all about style.

We’re starting off the month of December here in Palm Beach County, and before you know it, Christmas, Hanukkah, and the New Year will be here!
In the music department, we have Jill and Rich Switzer at the Kravis Center with their new show; Saloon Songs: From the Rat Pack to Right Now, on the 30th of November and the 1st of December. Get your tickets online, right here.
At Cafe Centro, there is a huge lineup of all kinds of great talent on a weekly basis. On Wednesday nights, it’s the Susan Merritt Jazz Trio, and on Friday nights we have Greg Jackson and Popeye Alexander doing the Motown sounds. On Saturdays we have Maycol & Lilian, doing their “That’s Amore” show.
This Saturday night at Voltaire we have Deb Silver at Voltaire, doing her sassy, jazzy numbers. We are so blessed to have such talent in our county.
The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival is coming to town! Their annual event begins on the 13th of December and goes through Sunday the 16th. A lot of events are sold out, but there are still a few fun ones available. It’s a great way to meet people and try food and wine from our South Florida counties, and international dishes too!
So whether you’re off to the Food & Wine Festival, or you’re going out to the Kravis for a concert, remember, it’s all about style.

It’s another fantastic week of fall activities in Palm Beach County!
There’s going to be a wonderful celebration in Palm Beach off of Worth Avenue where they’ll have all kinds of new activities going on – the new Lilly Pulitzer store is opening up! The party will be out on the street on Saturday, November 10th. Check the local paper for details.
There is going to be an amazing concert at the Eissey Theatre on the 10th of November, sponsored by Legends Radio 100.3 FM! It’s a big band sound, and you won’t want to miss it! Also downtown, Culture and Cocktails of the Palm Beaches has a special event planned for CityPlace called “Re-imagine,” a ‘pop-up’ exhibition of solo artists. If you’re lucky enough to get a ticket, at the Kravis Center, Stephen Stills and Judy Collins will be performing on the 13th of November. I have been a fan of theirs for years, and they’re going to be putting on a wonderful event together.
My movie pick of the week is Bohemian Rhapsody. It’s the story of Freddy Mercury and the rise to fame of the iconic band Queen. See it in IMAX if you can!
One of my favorites, the Michael Masci Trio, is doing a dinner dance at the Waterstone Resort in Boca Raton. It’s Friday, November 9th from 7 PM until 10 PM. He’s always a treat!

There are numerous things happening in Palm Beach County this first week of November.
The Abacoa Feast of Little Italy is taking over this weekend, and not to be missed. Try an assortment of Mediterranean cuisine, watch the street painting, and enjoy music too!
Also, don’t miss Plant-a-Palooza 2018! Mounts Botanical Garden is having their major plant sale for the fall. Now is the time to snag some beautiful plants for your indoor or outdoor garden.
At the Maltz Theatre up in Jupiter, we have Steel Magnolias going on until the 11th of November. They put on wonderful productions. Dramaworks has a wonderful production as well; Indecent, showing through November 11th.
The Deck the Palms Annual Holiday Market is happening this weekend as well, on November 2nd and 3rd at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. There are probably a 130 vendors, and it’s to benefit the Junior League of the Palm Beaches. Admission is free – the hours are from 6 PM until 9 PM on Friday and 9 AM until 4 PM on Saturday.
So whether you’re going to an art exhibition or you’re going to the Italian Festival, remember, it’s all about style.
